While strength, speed, conditioning are considered standard practices for todays athletes the mental game and improving performance is lagging behind. As well noted hockey is a mental game first and foremost. Positioning, anticipation, manipulation and deception are mental tactics that can be improved upon with practice like any other skill. 

Film shifts of your player in live action games. Once uploaded to our video editing software excel will break down each shift while making corrections on position, anticipation, decision making and skill. Once the review is completed a "film review" session will be held in which players sit down and rewatch each shift with the coaches perspective.
