Welcome to Portsmouth's first and only training center for hockey players! Our 10,000 SF facility is located at 170 West Road #15 in Portsmouth, NH. The facility is complete with a 30'x60' state-of-the art Smart Synthetic Ice Rink and features 12'x75' turf training and a fully-equipped gym. It's the only game in town!

The First 3 steps are the most important in hockey. Developing quick starts and explosive speed is the goal at Excel. Our laser timing gate helps accurately give athletes real time feedback on sprints and agility drills. The times are also stored as a baseline for improvement.
