REGULAR:  $299/month for training once a week with 2-3 players. Please list 3 time slots (day of the week and start time) in the order of your preference, or you will be assigned the 1st available session between 4 & 8 PM (M-F).

GOLD:  $499/month for private training once a week. Please list 3 time slots (day of the week and start time) in the order of your preference, or you will be assigned the 1st available session between 4 & 8 PM (M-F).

PRO:  $149/month for unlimited rink/gym use.
