90 minute hockey training programs
Players receive 10- (90 Minute) workouts to use over the 10 weeks of summer. Each 90 minute session is small group (4 Player max) consisting of 45 minute skills training on our rink and 45 minutes on the turf completing a hockey specific workout. Ideally players train once a week on a static schedule.

2 Hour - Skills and Elite Strength & Conditioning Programming. 75 Min Explosive Athlete Programming
Strength, speed and conditioning become more valued as athletes age. Our 75 minute strength and conditioning program will make athletes stronger, faster, quicker and more mobile. The 75 minutes will consist of 30 minutes speed, coordination and conditioning to go with a 45 minute lift. Ideally players book the same 2 spots weekly. Players will be placed in small groups of similar abilities.

*All Summer Memberships Require a weekly autopay. Opt out of any week! - Sessions have to be used between June 20th- August 26th*

Space is limited !
We hope to schedule the summer in advance. There will be certain times sessions are available for each age group. Contact to schedule.We understand many vacation or take time off in the summer. We will happily reschedule any missed sessions before the summer ends.
Yes! If the space is available members are welcome to use the facility. We have a shooting area, Ping-pong, basketball and more to keep players occupied. We will offer flexible pick up and drop off times as well.
Players should bring their hockey gear (stick, gloves, helmet and skates). They should also have athletic attire (gym shorts, t shirt and good sneakers). Players coming for extend periods of time should bring a snack as well, water is provided.
