Membership Offerings

 The Excel Membership is our flagship program allowing players access to the latest in training equipment and methodology. A member lesson consists of 45 minutes on our mini rink and 45 minutes in our gym working on hockey specific athletic development. There is a maximum group size of 4 for each member lesson. Players will receive individual attention, maximize repetitions all at an affordable cost.

Athletic Development

 Becoming an athlete is paramount in all sports including hockey. Our Excel off-ice training program will improve players speed, quickness, reaction time, strength, balance and more. All athletes data will be tracked and stored for players.

Puck Control

 Excels rigorous stick handling program will improve player vision, muscle memory, puck protection and evasive maneuvers. Passing will also be a point of emphasis, hard, touch and using deception to create lanes will all be part of the program.

Shooting

 Scoring is the objective. Our mini rink is perfect for countless repetitions of the various shots required by the sport. Players will work on shooting mechanics, deceptive scoring tactics and position specific shooting.

45 Minute Skill Training- 45 Minute Hockey Specific Training (90 Minutes)

The Excel Lesson is the staple of our program. The 90 minute session consists of 45 minutes skill training on the mini rink and 45 minutes hockey specific training in our gym and on the turf. There is a maximum of 3players per Excel Lesson.

Private Lesson

Private lessons are great for players looking for individual attention to improve on areas of weakness. The one on one time cannot be underrated in helping players make mechanical adjustments coaches just don’t have time to make during practice. Players will undergo a skill evaluation prior to the lesson. Lessons will consist of shooting, small area scoring drills, puck control and shooting mechanics.

JR-COLLEGE MEMBERSHIP $99 PER MONTH

Additional Information

Athletes over the age of 18 are welcome to workout using our state of the art facility and equipment. Players can scan themselves into the facility between the hours of 7AM and 10PM everyday. There is no monthly commitment members can cancel at anytime. 

- Unlimited Access to gym and equipment

- Unlimited Access to shooting lanes

- Use of rink when open (includes 4- 45 min rental per month- must book in advance)
